Recognized as a food court brand in South America, TCreative re-branded its image to become a fresh, fine-casual dining experience known for an innovative approach to “Culinary Freedom”, the contemporary sophistication of their Italian ambiance and the gourmet quality of their food. Spoleto further engages diners by offering a seasonal menu of fresh local products and an endless number of guest-selected combinations. The restaurant is quickly earning a reputation as the home of “Culinary Freedom” where guests create their own favorite pasta, flatbread or salad.

Complete restaurant U.S brand launch of Spoleto-My Italian Kitchen, re-branding them from the existing QSR restaurant in Brazil to a unique fresh, fine-casual dining experience compatible with the tastes and expectations of the US market.

After a highly successful Grand Opening, Spoleto ongoing LSM (local store marketing) is substantial growth in new and repeat guests, attracting both local and drive distance guests due to their unique concept of “Culinary Freedom”.
