Understanding Our Process
Kymera brings an experienced team of project managers, graphic designers, published writers, website developers, and SEO experts into every website project we build. We believe that each team member should specialize in their own field and the team should work together to produce the best possible product for our clients.
A large part of the success of the program will be consistent communication between our client and the Kymera team. Our goal is to ensure we are reaching your expectation during every step of the project. You will be assigned your own account executive to help guide you through every step of the website development process.

Discovery Phase
The discovery phase includes a conference call with you and the Kymera team.
STEP 2:
Creative Phase
The creative phase includes the graphic design concept creation of the website. During this phase, our team, will deliver two design concepts for you.
STEP 3:
Development Phase
The development phase is where the fun begins. Our programming team will bring to life the designs you approve.

The content development phase will start with a phone interview with you and our content writer.

Account Executive Support
An account executive will be providing your ongoing support as we move through your program.
Discovery Phase
The discovery phase includes a conference call with you and the Kymera team. During this call, we will go over the specifics of the project, our graphics team will get a better idea of the vision you have for your website, our development team will get specifics on functionality requirements, and our content team will get a starting point of the voice you want to deliver on the common website pages.
* If it would be easier for your team we can break the call down into separate calls with our different team members.
Creative Phase
The creative phase includes the graphic design concept creation of the website. During this phase, our team, will deliver two design concepts for you. These designs will be based on the discovery phase discussions and our external research. Our account executive and graphic design team will be in contact with you to discuss changes and get approvals. Our team is dedicated to making sure you are excited about the design we produce. We will work on the design and make changes to the concept until you are satisfied with the new website concept within a reasonable amount of updates.

The development phase is where the fun begins. Our programming team will bring to life the designs you approve. We will setup a live staging server that will allow you to follow the website development through each stage of programming. Your account executive and the development team will be in constant contact with you to get your feedback and approvals on different website pages and website functionality. Responsiveness is key in getting this project completed efficiently. Giving your team access to a live staging server will help streamline our processes.

After the conference call with your team, we will have a good understanding of the voice for the content we are producing for your website pages.
This portion of the program will be in process at the same time our development team is setting up the staging website. This will help streamline the process during the development of your website.
Account Executive Support
An account executive will be providing your ongoing support as we move through your program. She will be responsible for managing project deadlines and managing your feedback through each stage of the project.
