BRAND STORY

FAIRWINDS Credit Union is a financial cooperative based in Orlando. Their offerings include Private Banking and Wealth Management services that are consistent with the Credit Union’s vision of helping members become financially secure, economically successful and responsible.

The Story Starts Here

The client tasked our team to develop a co-branded identity for the Wealth Management team that would complement the overarching FAIRWINDS Credit Union brand. The goal was to present a seamless campaign that would elevate the division, target University of Central Florida faculty and staff, and be scalable to all other members throughout the state of Florida.

The Process

Our team determined that the co-branding campaign for the Wealth Management department needed to address several target demographics. We developed three initial concepts to accomplish this goal. The client selected a testimonial-driven awareness campaign and subsequently developed supporting sales materials, collateral for their lunch-and-learn series, credit union in-branch marketing tools, and a video series featuring top advisors. They also launched an online appointment tool in support of a targeted sub-campaign directed at UCF faculty and staff.

THE RESULTS

We created award-winning, branded event collateral that got noticed throughout the FAIRWINDS organization and exceeded client’s goal of set appointment and seminar attendance three fold. Consistent messaging centered on introducing FAIRWINDS Wealth Management services and how they could help UCF personnel achieve their long-term financial goals.

In 2018, Mailtropolis and TCreative merged and formed Kymera. The work for this client was performed under TCreative.
