BurgerFi of Seminole and Osceola County (ADINO, LLC) is a franchise of a South Florida-based restaurant concept known as “the heart of the better burger movement.” BurgerFi focuses on serving all-natural beef in a sustainable environment.

The Story Starts Here
BurgerFi asked us to help them introduce their brand to the burger lovers of Central Florida, with a new location in Lake Mary and multiple locations to follow. Their goal was to achieve a grand opening event that would attract 500+ guests to their all natural burgers, fries, and shakes.
The Process
To help BurgerFi launch successfully, and sustain customer interests, we developed pre- and post-opening strategies. Our work on the grand opening itself included the design, development, and printing of invitations, menus, billboards, in-store and exterior signage, and direct mail postcards sent to 5,000 targeted residences and businesses. We also partnered with local media to drive traffic via billboard placement, radio, and print advertisements, as well as local grass roots marketing.
The Results
The franchisee reported that this was the largest store opening in franchise history with the highest sales over the opening weekend and first week of business. We generated an approximate 30% return from the bounce-back direct mail campaign.
