Huzzah! The Brevard Renaissance Fair invites guests to immerse themselves in a unique experience of History and Fantasy! This annual month-long festival comes complete with a cast of colorful characters, over 100 stage shows, music, dancing, food vendors, and numerous artisan merchants with handcrafted wares.

When the Brevard Renaissance Fair connected with Kymera, they knew they had something special to offer festival-goers, but they were failing to capture and engage their target audiences. Their digital presence, website, and ticketing system needed an upgrade.

The Process
Kymera designed a comprehensive custom marketing program to optimize event attendance and ticket sales. The event was branded and the website was redesigned to maximize conversions. In advance of ticket sales, we started an interest list to draw in followers and collect contact information for future sales. We created a promotional schedule and utilized social media advertising, television and radio ads, as well as text messaging to reach their target audience. Additionally, we streamlined their manual on-site ticketing process by providing digital ticketing options.

The Results
With the Help of Kymera, the Brevard Renaissance Fair was able to increase total sales by 40% year over year, with thousands of individuals flooding in to participate in their events. They received press across the state and over 25,000 festival enthusiasts opted to follow their social media accounts for future festivals.
