A letter from one of our managing partners, Bruce Jordan:
To My Friends and Clients:
I’m writing to express my gratitude to you and for the opportunity you have afforded me to be a part of the growth of your organization through your partnership with Kymera.
The Kymera team has been an important part of my life and an inspiration to do good and perform at the highest level to achieve the best results for our clients. Over the past few months, we’ve had some big changes at Kymera. We hired a new top performer in the digital solutions division. Brittany Nethers, our new Digital Program Manager, has been an amazing addition to the Kymera team. Brittany has been given the responsibility for taking over my day-to-day responsibilities and client communications.
As of July 22, 2020, my role as managing partner with Kymera has changed. I have moved into a new position as a consultant/advisor for Kymera. This is a big transition, but a necessary one.
In my life outside of Kymera, I’ve been involved with a nonprofit organization, the Edgewood Children’s Ranch (affectionately known as “the Ranch”). The Ranch has been a big part of my life since I was nine years old. Since 1966, the Edgewood Children’s Ranch has equipped and empowered at-risk children and their families with the education and structure needed to live a purposeful and transformed life. More than 30 years ago, I was one of the at-risk children helped by this worthy organization. It was a turning point in my life and one of the reasons I’m writing this letter to you today.
In late January, executive director of the Ranch, Stuart Eldridge, passed away unexpectedly. Stuart was an amazing man and leader. Fondly known as Uncle Stuart to all the Ranchers, he was my house parent when I lived there, he was my boss when my wife and I became house parents, and he was a mentor when I returned to the business world. Stuart’s passing left a leadership void at the organization that I was asked to fill.
My decision to change my role from managing partner at Kymera to executive director at Edgewood Ranch was a difficult one to make. But thankfully, my friend and business partner Bob Heid, created a way for me to stay connected to Kymera while taking on a leadership role at The Ranch.
Kymera has continued to grow as we continue to add top-performing team members who allow us to continue to serve you at the highest level. I’m grateful to continue to be a part of Kymera and serve Central Florida at-risk children and families.
Thank you for being a part of this incredible journey with me.
Sincerely,
Bruce Jordan
